  Really bad experience at Ulta in Johnstown. I booked an appointment here to have a full all over color and partial highlights. I had this exact service done at the Greeley Ulta just a couple of months ago. I paid 98 dollars for the service. When I booked the appointment in Johnstown over the phone I asked if they would be able to get the exact information of what I had done in Greeley and they said they would be able to with no problem. When I arrived for my appointment the stylist said "Greeley has no record of you ever having service there". She proceeded to work up a quote for me for $271.00 for the same color services with the addition of a trim. WHAT??!!! I asked her if I could call Greeley store to find out what I had done there that cost $98. I called Greeley they absolutely had the record of my service along with notes of what the stylist had done. Not only would Johnstown Ulta not do the service at the $98 price, but the manager said, "all the calling around had made it so we've run out of time". Unbelievable! Manager made NO effort to even try to make it right. I was perfectly reasonable about it. New Store, terrible first impression.
